This website is operated by D-Trade HK Limited ("D-Trade", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR with its registered address at Room 602, 6/F No. 2C Argyle Street, Kai Yue Commercial Building, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR China. Contact: contact@d-trade.io.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Our services

D-Trade acts as an intermediary and facilitator. We introduce manufacturers and producers to business buyers, coordinate negotiations, assist with pricing discussions and arrange or coordinate transport. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement:

• we are not a party to any sale contract concluded between a buyer and a supplier;
• we do not act as seller, buyer, carrier or insurer of goods;
• responsibility for product quality, conformity, safety, certifications, import/export licences, customs duties and compliance with applicable laws rests with the contracting buyer and supplier.

Specific engagements, fees and commissions are governed by a separate written service agreement, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

4. Business use only

Our services are intended for businesses only and not for consumers. You confirm that you act in the course of a trade or business.

5. Information on this website

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer or legal, tax or financial advice. We endeavour to keep it accurate but give no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, including the D-Trade name and logo, is owned by or licensed to D-Trade HK Limited and protected under the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) and the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559). You may not reproduce it without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Each party shall keep confidential any non-public commercial information received in the course of an engagement, save where disclosure is required by law.

8. Compliance

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including transactions involving prohibited or sanctioned goods, parties or destinations, or in breach of anti-money laundering, anti-bribery (including the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, Cap. 201) or export control laws. We may refuse or terminate any engagement at our discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, D-Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, or for acts or omissions of suppliers, buyers, carriers or other third parties. Our total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71).

10. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from this site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page applies from its date of publication.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
